My son spent an hour and 30 minutes preparing for his debate class, both through chatting with his teammates and by himself, taking his own initiative. He needs to work with his teammates for homework which is good for him. I am happy to see him working on something without being told to do so as I do not usually see him doing something outside of his class hours, especially on weekends.
