A word from the founder

The name Spin a Yarn is a tongue-in-cheek that is meant to encourage potential students to tell long, overimaginative and exaggerated stories. While the phrase may have a somehow negative connotation, we leverage its positive side - imagination is power.
I have always been a book lover and I chose to pursue my passion in writing. Spin a Yarn Creative Writing Programme is a product of my childhood dream - to become a storyteller. Now, I nurture young storytellers, too.
Spin a Yarn Creative Writing Programme exposes participants to poetry and short stories. It guides them to think and express differently while focusing on descriptive and effective language.
